This page describes how IQ Score Level works. It is not legal advice.

We respect copyright. Our text and our test questions are our own work. We never copy text or questions from other sites or from published tests. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, please tell us.

How do you report infringement?

To report infringement, send a written notice to hello@iqscorelevel.com. This is the address for all copyright notices and counter notices. We have not registered a designated agent with the US Copyright Office, so notices come to this address, and we answer them ourselves. Under US law, 17 U.S.C. 512, a notice should include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or a person authorized to act for the owner;
  2. the copyrighted work you believe was infringed;
  3. the material on our site you believe infringes it, with enough detail for us to find it, such as the page address;
  4. your contact details: address, telephone number and, if you have one, email address;
  5. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
  6. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.

We review every complete notice. If the claim holds, we remove or disable the material.

What if your material was removed by mistake?

If we removed material you posted or created, and you believe it was a mistake, you can send a counter notice. Under the same law, it should include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. the material that was removed and where it appeared;
  3. a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, address and telephone number, and your consent to the court jurisdiction the law describes and to accept service of legal papers.

Is there anything else we should know?

Please do not send false notices. The law treats false statements in a notice seriously. If you are not sure whether something infringes your rights, consider getting legal advice first.
